PK31 Terms and Conditions –
Know Before You Play

PK31 is an online entertainment platform intended exclusively for adult users. To register and use the platform, you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be registering on behalf of another person or as an agent for a third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a PK31 employee where such use would create a conflict of interest.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

PK31 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If a player cannot provide satisfactory age verification, their account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending resolution. We take the protection of minors seriously and any attempt to circumvent age controls will result in permanent account closure.

By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that all of the above eligibility criteria apply to you and that the information you provided during sign-up is accurate and complete.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on PK31. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. If we detect multiple accounts associated with the same person — identified through name, device, payment method, IP address, or any combination thereof — all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide:

• Your real full name as it appears on your official identification.
• A valid mobile number that you own and control.
• Accurate date of birth.
• A unique, secure password that you have not used on other platforms.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. PK31 will never ask for your password through email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact our support team immediately and change your password.

All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. This includes bets placed, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested. If you believe unauthorised activity has taken place, report it promptly — delays in reporting may affect our ability to investigate and resolve the matter.

All deposits on PK31 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfers
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfers
• Raast — Pakistan's instant interbank payment system
• Bank Transfer — standard IBFT to designated accounts
• Debit and Credit Cards — where supported by your card issuer
• Other Mobile Wallets — as made available from time to time

Deposits are credited to your PK31 account balance upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers typically reflect within a few minutes; bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing from accounts belonging to other people is not permitted and may result in account suspension. PK31 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment processors not listed above.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may change from time to time at PK31's discretion. PK31 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank, mobile network operator, or payment provider in connection with a deposit.

Withdrawals are paid out in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever practically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud control and applies to all withdrawal requests regardless of amount.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to complete identity verification. This includes submitting a clear copy of a valid CNIC or other government-issued identification. Verification is a one-time process and once completed, subsequent withdrawals are handled more quickly.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Bronze VIP tier: Standard processing — typically 24 to 48 hours.
• Silver and Gold VIP tiers: Priority processing — typically 12 to 24 hours.
• Platinum and Diamond VIP tiers: Expedited processing — typically within a few hours.

These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by payment network conditions, verification requirements, or unusual account activity that requires review. PK31 will notify you if a withdrawal is placed under review and explain what is needed to resolve it.

PK31 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request or place it on hold if there are reasonable grounds to suspect account misuse, bonus abuse, or any other irregul arity. In such cases, we will communicate with you through your registered contact details.

PK31 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. These may include deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback through the VIP programme, and seasonal promotions during events such as PSL and major T20 cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated when the bonus is offered.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Each bonus offer is available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• PK31 reserves the right to withdraw or modify a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including creating duplicate accounts to claim offers multiple times — will result in all associated bonuses being voided and the account being reviewed for closure.

VIP cashback is calculated on net losses within a qualifying period and credited to your account balance according to your current tier. All games available on PK31 — including Slots, Live Casino, and Fish Games — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer systems supplied by established game providers. Game outcomes are determined independently of PK31 and cannot be influenced or manipulated by us or by any player.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed in each game's information panel where available. These figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session. All gaming results are final once a round is completed.

Technical malfunctions can occasionally occur. In the event of a verifiable technical fault that affects a game outcome, PK31 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to your balance. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical fault are not payable.

• You agree to use PK31 for your own personal entertainment only.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit game mechanics, software bugs, or platform vulnerabilities will result in immediate account suspension.
• Game history and transaction records are available in your account dashboard and serve as the authoritative record of your activity on the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PK31:

• Money laundering — using PK31 to process or conceal funds derived from illegal activity.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Fraud — providing false information during registration, verification, or any other process; using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Chargebacks — disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for gaming activity.
• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts, using another person's account, or exploiting promotional terms in bad faith.
• Underage access — registering or playing if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access for a minor.
• Automated play — using software tools, scripts, or bots to interact with games or the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access or operate your PK31 account.

PK31 actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. Where prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected, we will act promptly to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of all other players.

PK31 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable entertainment environment. Gaming is a form of leisure and should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. We encourage all players to approach the platform with a clear budget in mind and to stick to it.

• Set a session budget before you start and stop when that budget is used — regardless of how a session is going.
• Decide on a time limit for each session and take regular breaks.
• Never chase losses. Trying to win back money you've lost by continuing to play rarely ends well and often makes things worse.
• Keep gaming separate from your financial obligations — bills, savings, and household expenses should never be funded by gaming losses.

PK31 strictly enforces the 18+ age requirement. Anyone found to be underage will have their account closed immediately and any funds deposited will be returned to the payment source after due process.

PK31 collects and processes personal data as part of providing the platform. This includes information provided during registration, transaction records, gameplay history, and device and session data collected automatically during your use of the platform.

Your data is used for the following purposes:

• Verifying your identity and eligibility to use the platform.
• Processing deposits and withdrawals in PKR.
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes.
• Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and prohibited activity.
• Communicating with you about your account, bonuses, and platform updates.

PK31 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. PK31 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available or completely free of technical issues. Scheduled maintenance, server updates, and unforeseen outages may occasionally affect access.

To the fullest extent permitted, PK31 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or any financial loss arising from platform unavailability or technical faults.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use PK31.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in these terms limits PK31's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law. If you believe PK31 has made an error that has directly caused you financial harm, contact our support team with full details and we will investigate fairly.

You may close your PK31 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining balance in PKR (after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to your designated payment method. Active bonuses that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon closure.

PK31 may suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to pass identity verification when requested.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same player.
• Confirmed chargeback on a deposit transaction.

Where an account is closed by PK31 due to a breach, any balance held may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. We will communicate the reason for closure through your registered contact details where it is appropriate to do so.

PK31 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players through the platform or via your registered contact information. The updated terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the PK31 platform after an update has been communicated constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with changes that have been made, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the changes take effect.
